SAN JOSE, Calif., July 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — A10 Networks, Inc., the technology leader in Application Networking, today announced that it leads with first-place market share in Japan for its Application Delivery Controllers (ADCs). This is according to the “Frost & Sullivan Asia-Pacific Application Delivery Controller Market CY 2012 Report”, a 2012 ADC market report by independent research firm Frost & Sullivan.
According to the research, A10 grew its Japan market share from 2011 to 2012 by over 50 percent. A10’s ADC end-user revenue in Japan grew by 100 percent in 2012 alone, resulting in the highest share of any vendor (33.3 percent). In contrast, during this same period, year-over-year total ADC revenue for Japan, among all vendors combined, grew by only 25 percent.
“We are very pleased with the results of the research conducted by Frost & Sullivan,” said Hayato Koeda, A10 K.K. President and Vice President of South APAC. “We believe these results reflect our commitment to responding quickly and thoroughly, in teamwork with our Japanese partners, to the requirements of our customers.
