PETALS TOKYO Celebrates Five Years with Exclusive Four-Day French Dining Experience Aboard Floating T-LOTUS M

(Tokyo, Japan) PETALS TOKYO, the floating art hotel operated by Warehouse TERRADA, will celebrate its fifth anniversary on November 9th (Sun), 2025.

To commemorate this, we will host a limited-time fifth anniversary campaign. This includes a special four-day plan where guests can enjoy a French course on the shipdeck space T-LOTUS M, as well as a complimentary beer or soft drink for all guests.

In November 2020, the floating art hotel PETALS TOKYO was launched in Tennoz, Tokyo. The complex consists of four multicolored hotel boats anchored beside the vessel T-LOTUS M, a dedicated event space designed under the supervision of architect Kengo Kuma. Like the houseboats in Amsterdam, which was developed as a city of canals, each of the four boats has been meticulously handcrafted with its own individual design concept. The interiors are all unique and boast a premium feel. Located at a junction between the river and the sea, this canal connects Tokyo, one of the largest cities in Asia, to the world beyond the sea. A small distance from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis, there is no place like this where visitors can feel the natural waterfront atmosphere.

[About Warehouse TERRADA]

Established in 1950 and located in Tennoz, Tokyo, Warehouse TERRADA has developed dedicated storage services for highly specialized items such as artworks, wine, media, and confidential documents. In particular, the art storage service, first launched in 1975, has expanded into artwork restoration, transportation, exhibitions, and other related solutions, all available in one-stop. In recent years, we have provided a wide range of art-related services by transforming our original warehouse buildings into museums and gallery complexes and by hosting collaborative events in partnership with international art fairs.

Additionally, Warehouse TERRADA has worked with the local community on urban development for many years. By placing utility lines underground and adding new plantings, we have created a unique space that offers a relaxed, waterfront atmosphere and a seamless blend with nature, all while being just a short walk from the urban hub of Shinagawa Station. Today, the area has been redeveloped into a popular “town of waterfront and art,” with more than 20 large murals, three-dimensional artworks, and unique facilities on the water. As a result, it has become a hub for artists and creators, and the number of visitors continues to increase annually.
