The company’s addition of several new hires will enable HID Global to enhance its sales strategy, consolidate its presence in vertical markets and strengthen relationships with customers and local partners.

HID Global is dedicated to building stronger presence in the dynamic Japanese market with two new regional sales managers, Dave Masaki Funahashi and Ryo Usami. With over 25 years of experience in secure issuance and IC card solutions, Mr Funahashi will be responsible for sales planning and channel development of the company’s secure issuance business. Mr Usami will leverage his past experience running his door access control and communication system business to further build upon HID Global’s strategic partnerships and customer base in physical access solutions.

The combined expertise of the company’s latest additions to its Japanese sales management team will further drive growth and enhance response time for servicing customers and partners, adding momentum to the company’s expansion strategy in the region.
