BISCUE App Released Courses about Japanese Business Culture in 7 Languages

Online PR News – 18-July-2013 –The Shubiki Corporation, Japan‘s leading business content provider, has released the courses entitled “How to Behave at Work in Japan – Orders” in 7 languages for its business skills applications “BISCUE App” and “BISCUE e-Learning/m-Learning”.

While Japanese companies increase the employment of non-Japanese workers, they often face difficulties or conflicts with real business operations because of the differences between business culture of various countries.

In order to avoid these situations and proceed with business smoothly, it is esssential to communicate Japanese business customs and communication styles to the global staff to help them understand those characteristics. However, there are not enough tools to provide cross-cultural training to solve these problems.

Under such circumstances, “BISCUE App” which is an educational application for business via smartphones and tablets has offered the series of “Business Assimilation” for non-Japanese businesspersons.

The new series entitled “How to Behave at Work in Japan – Orders” is designed for foreign staff to learn the customs and way of thinking relating to orders given by superiors of Japanese companies. This is achieved through side-by-side translation between their mother tongue and Japanese.

This release also includes multi-language learning courses for Japanese businesspersons who work with foreign staff or work overseas, while providing practical materials to introduce Japanese systems to foreign people in English and various other languages.

These multilingual courses are also available in the flat-rate e-Learning/m-Learning libraries “BISCUE LS”.
